Who we are

A bridge between youth and the church.

In Costa Rica, thousands of students spend 11 years in school without integral support — academic, professional, material, spiritual.

That's what LUZ came to change. We're a Costa Rican evangelical Christian ministry founded in 2024. We're not a church — we're an integral bridge.

We go to schools across the country with gospel events, but also with academic mentoring, professional connections with Christian voices of influence (athletes, artists, musicians), and material resources when needed. When a student receives Christ, we connect them with partner churches that can disciple them.

What we do

Six dimensions.
One integral mission.

LUZ is an integral bridge between schools and the local church. We walk with students in six dimensions — not just spiritually.

School events

We visit schools with events that combine music, testimonies, and clear gospel preaching — adapted to each school's context.

Voices that inspire

We connect schools with Christian athletes, artists, musicians, and professionals who share their personal testimony with students.

Academic support

We walk with students through their education — mentoring, vocational guidance, support in critical moments of their school journey.

Professional mentorship

We connect students and young leaders with Christian entrepreneurs and professionals — networking, career mentoring, leadership formation.

Material resources

When there's a concrete need — material, financial, educational — we look for ways to provide alongside partners, churches, and donors.

Discipleship with partner churches

When a student receives Christ, we refer them to a local evangelical church that can disciple them. We don't compete with churches — we serve them.
